1. Order Processing & Tailoring Time

Each DeAngelo garment is made to order based on your submitted measurements.

Processing/Production Time

Standard tailoring and production time:

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Fabric availability

  • Seasonal demand

  • Tailoring complexity

  • Order volume

We will notify you if any unexpected delays occur.

2. Shipping Time

Once your garment is completed and passes final inspection, it will be shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight & size

  • Selected shipping method

For premium orders, DeAngelo may offer complimentary or discounted shipping during promotions.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

DeAngelo is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information

  • Lost or stolen items after carrier confirms delivery

Address changes are only possible before the item ships.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered complete.
If your package is lost or missing, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but DeAngelo is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Carrier delays

  • Carrier errors outside our control

We advise shipping to a secure address.

7. International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Any additional international charges

These fees vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

DeAngelo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Packaging

Every DeAngelo garment ships in our signature luxury packaging, designed to protect the structure and finish of your clothing.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include clear photos of the box and garment
    We’ll help resolve the issue immediately.

9. Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.
All pre-order dates are estimates and may shift slightly during production.
