Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. All sales are final because every DeAngelo garment is custom-tailored to your submitted measurements.

What if the coat doesn’t fit?

If the fit does not match the measurements you submitted, you’re covered under our Fit Guarantee.
We will correct any tailoring errors at no cost.

How do I know if it qualifies as a tailoring error?

It qualifies if the garment is not made to the measurements you entered, including:

Chest width off
Sleeve length incorrect
Coat length incorrect
Shoulders too wide/narrow
Waist/hip taper not matching your numbers

If our team made the error, we fix it.

What if the measurements I submitted were wrong?

If the coat matches the measurements you entered but the fit is not what you prefer, this is not covered under the Fit Guarantee.
However, you can still request an adjustment for a tailoring fee, or have a local tailor handle it.

What if I just want it looser/tighter/longer?

Preference changes (not measurement errors) are not covered, but we can still help.
Adjustments can be done by DeAngelo for a service fee.

How do I request a fit correction?

Email support@deangeloofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the garment worn
A brief explanation of the issue

We will verify the measurements and respond within 48 hours.

Do I need to send the coat back?

Yes. If the issue is approved under the Fit Guarantee, you will ship the garment back in its original packaging.
We then correct the fit and return it at no cost to you.

What if the garment arrives damaged or defective?

Any manufacturing defect — stitching, materials, structural issues, buttons, hardware — is fully covered.
We will repair or remake it for free.

What if the box arrives damaged?

Why are all sales final?

Every DeAngelo piece is tailored specifically to the customer’s measurements.
Because your garment is unique to you, it cannot be resold or restocked.
