Return, Tailoring & Fit Guarantee Policy

At DeAngelo, every garment is handcrafted and tailored specifically to your submitted measurements. Because each piece is made for you, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we stand behind every stitch, and your satisfaction is our priority.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-tailored nature of our garments, DeAngelo does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or incorrect measurements entered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Color or material preference

  • Fit preference changes after delivery

Fit Guarantee: Tailoring Accuracy Promise

If your garment arrives and does not match the measurements you submitted, we will correct it at no additional cost.

What This Covers

We will fix any issues caused by our tailoring team, including:

  • Chest, shoulder, or back width that does not match the submitted measurement

  • Sleeve length that is too long or short

  • Coat length not matching the requested measurement

  • Waist, hips, or taper incorrectly constructed

  • Any deviation caused by cutting, stitching, or assembly errors

How It Works

  1. Email support@deangeloofficial.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the garment worn, and a short explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will compare the coat to your submitted measurements.

  4. If approved, you may mail the garment back in its original packaging.

  5. We will correct the fit and ship it back to you at no charge.

Customer-Entered Measurements

If the garment accurately reflects the measurements you provided but you want adjustments for personal preference (looser, tighter, longer, shorter), these requests fall outside the Fit Guarantee.

You may:

  • Have your local tailor adjust the garment,
    or

  • Request additional tailoring from DeAngelo for a service fee.

Craftsmanship Warranty

If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake it at no cost.

Covered Defects

  • Stitching flaws

  • Material damage

  • Structural issues

  • Button or hardware defects

  • Incorrect tailoring caused by our team

Shipping Damage

If your packaging arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box and garment

  • We will assist with a repair or replacement
